The Mike Curb Congregation: Sing Their Hits from the Glen Campbell Show
Of all the covers of Band songs I know of, the version of "Dixie" on this album is the one that I'm most
happy about never having heard.
Mike Curb worked for MGM Records
when he formed the vanity group The Mike Curb Congregation. Their only hit was the song
"Burning Bridges," used at the end of the war-comedy film Kelly's Heroes.
