GARTH HUDSON & THE MIKE REILLY BAND featuring Maud Hudson "BLUES and BEYOND TOUR" For the first time in twelve years these two old friends, keyboardist GARTH HUDSON and guitarist MIKE REILLY are teaming up for a coast-to-coast tour this summer! Mike says it's going to be an evening of Boogie and Blues, as well as Rock and Roll, with a couple tributes to fallen members of THE BAND, of which Garth is a founding member. GARTH has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Juno Hall of Fame, and is the first recipient of the Canada South Blues Society Lifetime Achievement Award. He also performed at two of the biggest outdoor concerts in rock history, Woodstock and Watkins Glen. Recently he's recorded with Norah Jones, Los Lobos, Burrito Deluxe and the Gypsy Kings. MIKE has been a featured performer with Gregg Allman, Elvin Bishop and many great musicians and has four solo CD's to his credit. His veteran band consists of former members of Delaney & Bonnie, Ike & Tina Turner, Canned Heat, Etta James and Shadowfax. CALVIN EARL HARDY, bass. MIKE KAHRS, Hammond organ, vocals.
